In the United States, the dominant wildlife species are bison, rabbits, coyote, and prairie dogs; in Africa you will mostly see elephants, rhinoceros, zebras, and gazelle. In the Mediterranean, grasslands are called steppes; the dominate specie in that area are the corsac fox, Mongolian gerbil, saiga antelope, northern lynx, and saker falcon. Grasslands in South America are called the pampas; specie you will see there are the greater rhea, geoffroy's cat, and tuco-tuco.
